rename an existing iphone application

Hi all,

I want to make a modified calendar apps. Moreover, I want to copy the interface of the existing iPhone calendar apps and then put more features in it.

But since iPhone has an existing calendar apps, would it be possible to overwrite that executable file and replace it with mine during installation?

By the way, I don't want to jailbreak the iPhone.

if you jailbreak you can use Rename app on cydia.
but you cant do it without jailbreaking
