How to change status bar and keyboard

I am adding ss to show my problem. As u see in main screen my status bar cool but after going into apps.(some of them) it becomes disturbing gray one.. how i can change it? i use mac and windows xp.

my other prob. is changing keyboard. i downloaded some keyboard themes from cydia but it didnt work. how i can change keyboard style.
