Can I write iPhone apps without a mac?
Is there a way to write apps for my phone without having a mac?

no, you'll need a intel mac

Yes, but not at the moment.
Adobe is releasing Flash CS5 in the near future which will allow exporting to .app

Yes you can but the setup is not very simple.

There is a way actually, through the iPhone 2.0 Toolchain on Cydia.

This can be done by the following steps, but not quite sure about it.
* jailbreak the iPhone
* install Ruby + Sinatra on the iPhone
* write the app using Sinatra, hitting a database (SQLite?) on the iPhone.mod/edit links removed

Yep. This guy wants to write apps, but didn't even go so far as to find out if he needed a PC or a Mac. Sounds like a self-starter to me. He'll go far!
