Any circumvention to Apples Signed Apps?

Straight to the point, I've downloaded a game and edited a few things in the app with a hex editor, but will not launch since it's digitally signed.

My iPhone is jailbroken of course so is there any way around this without knowing the keys??

You mean you are trying to install a cracked app. Discussion of anything cracked/warez/pirated is not allowed on this forum.
