Need to find some images to change

For completing my theme i am looking for some images to change .

1. The Keyboard Files ( Only background )
2. The call button + Add contact button + Backspace button ( Phone )
3. The blue & white arrows ( They are behind callers , contacts , ... )

Somewhere i can find those images on the internet ?
