Jailbroken iPhone "Could not support development."

Does anyone know why my Device Organizer says "Could not support development." ... any ideas? I don't wat to restore the firmware because I need to use more SIM cards in my phone

anyone knows? ... I can't restore the iPhone otherwise I'll loose the possibility to call ... I did moved to the UK and I have Orange here ...

I have the same problem and no solution yet. In another forum the solution was to reboot the iPhone or restart XCode / the mac, but none of them works for me.
Does anyone know a solution or has a hint for this problem ?
