Weird? Help

I'm making an app from a tutorial, it counts down to midnight and then blinks. I renamed the project by renaming and relinking yah everything it works fine on simulator. Then I tried on device, it didn't do anything, then went to sleep.. but didn't wake up when I pressed wake for like a minute then everything lagged a lot. Then I rebooted now it goes fine but I just noticed when I move apps around, they don't wiggle. And I didn't install wigglefree I checked. The app I reinstalled (the midnight countdown) and it works. Is this bad? Why aren't they wiggling?


EDIT:
I respringed and nowt they wiggle.. everything is back to normal. Any idea what was happening?
