Any physical classroom for App Dev learning in Texas?

I've written software for 30 years now and always try to stay current - php, MySQL, C, Unix variations - mostly presently. I've got the Mac, the SDK, the Apple approval, the books but does anyone know of a company in Texas (San Antonio area preferably) that teaches say a one week physical classroom setting on basic iPhone App development - a "now that you have the SDK and books - let's start discussing the operating system and programming" class? Thanks!
