I have found a simple way to mod the ipsw with your own files

The simple way is to make a custom Firmware with Pwnage Tool but when it ask for the password DO NOT enter it just GO to /Volumes/SUTimber..... and change everything you want then enter the password an let the Pwnage Tool build the ipsw
