Why should anyone give you a position on their developer account when they do not even know you? And you did not specify a purpose. Do you wish to actually contribute by developing applications, or simply want a free(illegal) ticket to the beta firmwares, which wont be good for you, the end user, anyways. This has bad written all over it.
