Default How to suspend when home key pressed (instead of terminate)

Anyone have a clue on how to suspend instead of terminate? I want to create a daemon like MobileMail - and it seems a lot easier to do it with a suspend/wakeup instead of interprocess communication.

    Thanks!

I'm not sure, but it seems I remember someone mentioning overriding one of those methods in UIApplication (not one of the "willDoSomething" ones, but one of the "doSomething" ones).
