Definitely some improvements from b2, copy and paste more stable in web pages. Keyboard improvements, and MMS seems to send faster (sorry to those who cant get it working, i don't mean to brag, lol)

Overall, nothing major and all apps work fine, i think that warning from apple was referring to devs wanting to test 2.x apps with the new sdk.

At least the iPod app is working great for me. Finally, how can Apple mess that one up?

The beta 3 is alot more stable !!

Ya this is a ton more stable (even tho beta 2 was pretty good) and fixed some bugs in the iPod, syncing, and copy paste that i noticed a lot.

I have a laptop running windows xp, no Mac, no SDK.

And here i am tethering over bluetooth, perfectly!!

I was just writing to let you know that I would LOVE to help test the 3.0 beta software, but I cant afford to become a developer, if there are ANY developers out there who want me to test something, i'll be HAPPY to give you my UDID or whatever it's called to make it work. It would be appreciated!

Just have a look on google or ebay, their are plenty of devs offering spaces, might cost you a small fee though, got mine for £2 off ebay

I paid someone to add my UDID to their account. They sent me the Beta2 update but I have not received a response for the Beta 3 download. Can someone send to me?

Mine is fully charged and sat in my dock connected to the wall, there are so many different random bugs and not all are getting the same ones.

hey guys, i'm on beta 3, I bought a spot on a dev account from a guy online. Anyways, is there a way that I can report to Apple my findings with the beta? I've noticed a few little things, let me know, thanks.

^No, not unless you wanna get raped by them....since your not a dev and shouldnt have the beta to began with...so its considered pirated.

They dont release it to devs for beta testing......only to create apps.

So i was out with friends last night and I was calling a friend and when i called then the front screen where the picture was different. ill show you guys.


So my question is that how do i get it to have the pic like that always or to have both with the location and the pic in the background. any help?

hmmm i dont see that on mine, maybe it is only when you call a person who has their addre3ssed saved on your phone through the maps app. I like it and would like to know too

Have you modified your carrier settings? or done anything else?

Which beta are you using?

this works if you have no photo assigned to a contact, just search their address in maps then add to contact

tried adding a a photo first then adding address. the contacts app shows the map image but when i call someone it shows the photo only.
