3.0 beta 2 issues

Most recent picture doesn't show up in Camera Roll, and can't be sent via MMS or Email. It also messes up when you hit the camera icon in Messages, and try and send a MMS of a new picture that you are taking.

my main quirk and problem with this beta is that i lose my alert sounds after about 20 mintues.
my new text message sound wont play and neither will lock/unlock unless i restart it every 20 minutes.

anyone find a solution to this? or should i just do another restore?

it is so odd how many problems people are having and how they differ. bedsides iMob not working (@#$%^) i have had MMS since day 2 beta1 and pics in my gallery, etc...

wonder how this can be so different from phone to phone?

the only thing i can figure is whether or not you did a fresh install or restore and whether or not you jailbreak or not and of course what you might install with your jailbreak.

I get the no sound issues as well. Sometimes when I get a phone call the internal speaker and face sensor stop working. I cannot hear anything through the phone call. I have to restart the phone to fix.

You should always restore when upgrading beta's. It's just like a rule.

Some bugs i have found with 3.0:
When booting up, the screen takes a second to turn on (press power button, screen will be black for half a second afterwards)

If you flip to spotlight then touch the screen and press the home button, you will have a keyboard smashed against all your apps.

When you sync with iTunes, none of you music shows up in mobilemusicplayer.app unless you turn off you internet while syncing

In settings, there is now a "Store" with no icon and no options.

Some memory leaks (duh =P)

and thats about it!

LOL was the first thing I noticed! I was so happy. Now if only I can't get to stop putting "I'm ducking hungery!" if yall know what Im talking about it.

anyone else notice the battery life 3.0 beta 2. my battery life has seemed to be a lot better almost doubled.
check it out. still gonna do some more test and see what i can figure out.

Dude it seems like it is double. Before 3.0 when I would listen to pandora on 3g it would kill the battery after a hour and some change. I was listening to it today over my bluetooth headphones while I worked out and played basketball for 3 hours and my battery only went down 20% according to sysinfoplus.

Well I seen to be having the opposite effect with battery. Yesterday all I did was text and get on Facebook a couple of times and it hit
20% after 4 hours and change. I have a screenshot but I can't post it from my phone. I'll add it later

Battery seems pretty good. But I still can't mms to work.

All of my 3rd party apps are working fine on both my iPhones. I set them up as a "new" phone and did a manual backup of all information before hand. The only issues I'm having right now is MMS works on one phone, not the other, AT&T are dicks about it when I call, and the Phone app keypad is missing unless you click 'contacts' and then 'Keypad' again.

You need to remember. You are asking people who typically don't have many job options to do something that could get them fired.....
