Has anybody found or know of a method to "enable" youtube with 3.0 ? I've found that numerous people get the message "Can Not Connect" when trying to access youtube with and without a wifi connection.

mine works fine on 3.0 watched a clip just to try it out! if i can help let me know, just put my phone in recovery upgraded from a pwn'd 2.2.1 to 3.0 beta and had a dev activate it, got my beta from google/torrent/transmission

It's currently very sporatic. I can get it to work sometimes, usually not.

Yeah, not working on mine either.

I read in another topic that it could be because after I did the 3.0 install, I restored my old settings.

...better watch out, this topic might get locked because it's for the 3.0 software (as my iMob thread got locked)

If you did not set your phone as a new device you will see this YouTube problem and a host of other problems. You should restore and then set up as a new phone. Quite a difference, still a beta but much better than when I restored my backup.

Of course you will LOSE everything, SMS, map bookmarks, notes, etc so make sure you have important data somewhere else.

Good point. I have never been a fan of restoring from backup esp when upgrading. I just resync everything so maybe thats why I never noticed.

I didn't know you could export your SMS', that's the whole reason I never set it up as a new phone.

my iMob has not worked since i upgraded

i should have a ton of cash when i ever get to return

i set mine up as new and no problems with anything other than a little lag every now and then

my youtube is working with os 3.0. but i notice the qualtiy level dropped dramaticly when using 3G vs wi-fi. i never noticed this before with 2.2.
