Man with tons of ideas

I am a Graphic Design student with a very creative mind. Unfortunately I have yet to learn how to program.. I have a great idea for a game that would definitely make top ten in the itunes store if it was a .99 cent app..(people are cheap now adays) I also have some good ideas for a browser. I just need YOU a developer to help make it happen. I understand that you will be doing most of the work. I can help design and brainstorm but the programing is up to you.
