    Default Coding Help

    Im trying to develop a code for an app for my iphone in which a friend of mines face , mainly his mouth moves and when he moves he blurts out things he says ...it sounds really bad but it would be really funny if you seen this kid. If u can point me to a direction on how to start this because i have some coding knowledge or if anyone wants to do this for me for a price or something please let me know asap with a pm or a post thanks

    Hm.. I don't really know much about coding and the likes, but it sounds like you could do this really easily by making a web page with HTML and using GIFs and other animated images. But if I'm wrong then like I said, I don't know much about coding.

    yea i can do that but i want it in the form of an app i dont wanna have to use wifi anyone ?
