Gents and Ladies, I need your help...

I need an app that allows me to create a form email with multiple attachments that I can send over and over again.
Why? Short version is I'm an actor, I send out my headshot and resume over 12 times a day, and this is the biggest thing my iphone is missing, I've been okay with simply creating multiple drafts and sending them in gmail... but it's really killing me. I'm sure this would be a boon to the rest of the community as well. In fact, if this were an app, I'd be more than willing to pay for it. It's very very important to me.
I'm not expecting this overnight, but if any of you were thinking of this project, you have my full support. If there's already something that does this already out there, please point me in the right direction. I appreciate your effort.
