The Noobie

As a programmer by profession I have now officially began learning how to develop for the iPhone. Bought the ebooks and the macbook and I'm hoping that my learning capabilities will be enough to understand Objective-C. I use to program for C but that was way way way back in college and comparing Objective-C from what I remember from programming C, I have alot to learn.

My plan is to learn Objective-C first then the Iphone SDK and maybe if my patience is enough I will try to learn OpenGL.

Wish me luck!

Good luck and ask questions

Cocoa (AppKit/UIKit) programming is more about the framework than about the syntax, much like Smalltalk programming.

Fortunately they added searching to the iPhone Reference Library at ADC.
