Resource editor

Hey there,

simple question. Is there a program / resource editor, to modify elements of installed iPhone applications.

Example. I do use Files app a lot, but I never use the "Edit" button in the top right corner. Is there a way to simple "delete" it from there (via a resource editor, like classic win / mac programs)?

I'm not sure what Files app you mean, but most jailbreak applications create their UI through direct code, and have no equivalent of resources.

SDK applications (App Store apps) may use NIB files to load UI elements, but I'm not sure editting a NIB file would work well.
