Fully running Leopard on Vista 64bit PC
I have Leopard running on VMWare Workstation 6.5 inside my Vista 64 bit PC (Intel Duel Core E6600) - and it runs great. Some of the team have the iPhone SDK and iPod Touch development system running too - all on a Windows Box!

I've got the iPhone SDK running flawlessly in VMWare Player based on this image Mac OS X 10.5.5 VMware Virtual Machine Image
Seems like a lot less work than building the toolchain...
