I wanted to know, if one day is possible, of developed the new one interfaces complete for iphone as there is on mobile Windows,because for the moment one cannot do much change

first of all i'd like to say that iphone gui is will never try to be anything that resembles windows mobile gui. why? because it is so much better.

and yes, you can do much change with a jailbroken iphone when it comes to what you call "the new one interface complete" or what we'd like to call themes.
