changing network proxy settings
|
Has anyone managed to do that programmatically? I found where those settings are stored (private/var/preferences/SystemConfiguration/) and managed to copy a working proxy config from one profile to another - however, the settings seem to be ignored and if I go into the configuration screen of the appropriate wlan, it still show the proxy as being turned off and if I turn it on, no fields are filled out.
Is there some kind of reinitialization to be done so that the changed settings will be taken into account?
