So I am JUST learning to program for the iPhone. I am new to both programming for iPhone and Macs.

I am currently mainly a PHP programmer with Visual Basic and Java experience...

I lot of the tutorials I have found tend to revolve around older versions of the SDK and so it is sometimes hard to follow.

I'm having difficult understanding the workflow/syntax. Can anyone point me to some good introductory tutorials?
