    Default Iphone handsfree in carPC

Ok, Here's my plan. I have a CarPC with a 7" touch screen mounted in the dashboard. I also have a dock for my iphone in the car. When I start the car, the pc switches on and a wireless ad hoc connection between the phone and pc is enabled. I've been trying to come up with the best solution for a handsfree kit. The dock I have will allow me to output the audio and input a microphone so that is what I have done. My only problem is the control of the phone from the 7" touchscreen. Right now Veency is working perfectly for me but there are a couple of things I would like to do with it.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get script to run when the iphone is docked/undocked with the car kit. This is so I can automate the enabling/disabling of the veency and ssh server on the phone to save battery life.

I also would like to be able to have a script execute when an incoming call or text message is received.

My CarPC currently uses RoadRunner as a media interface and this has allowed me to embed the vnc window into a media menu. My idea would be that an incoming call is detected, and the phone runs a script that remotely starts the vnc app on the carPC.

Both of these would rely on being able to bypass the veency accept prompt.

    Any ideas?!?

I haven't found a solution to this myself yet but I did make a small and possibly badly coded app using the toolchain that can enact an event when the iphone is either docked or undocked. The method is bad but it works. It simply monitors a system process that runs on the iphone whenever the iphone is docked or undocked.

The same can be said for the incoming call as a process runs when a call is received. I'm not sure what would be the best way to actually display the iphone screen rather than having a socket connection to the CarPC that tells a VNC client connection to the iphone to start when an incoming call is received. This doesn't solve the prompt that Veency presents when a client to the iphone is detected.

I've read also that flux media is working on an iphone connection method to their Centrafuse software, While this is a solution, it is an expensive solution.
