Getting Started?

Anyone have a recent and updated guide to get a development platform working on Windows Vista? I found one that went through getting XCode and CYGWIN and everything working but the links and stuff were bad.
I got some documents on objective-c and would like to get started with some test apps on my iPhone 2.1 firmware.
