Cocoa Touch: I'm hopelessly lost.

Hi. I've recently been trying to make a simple 2d game with Xcode 3.1.1. Every tutorial I've seen is way too confusing. Do you guys know of any slow and simple ways to learn Cocoa and Cocoa touch? I'm a graphic/video editing person; not a developer. I need a way to learn it step by step, so I don't get lost. Thanks.

That looks like a good read.. @ Chase i know how you feel, I am in the same boat, waiting for Erica's iPhone Cookbook to arrive hopefully that can shed some more light.
