Error xE8000001

In advance, mods I wasn't sure where to post this so please move to where it needs to go if it's not in the right place.

All of my AppStore applications are synced to my iPod and they all work great. But. Every time I sync my iPod, it resyncs every single app. I don't know if it supposed to do that, but it doesn't seem like it should. But after that, once all of my music and apps have synced, a popup comes up saying, "An Error has occurred. Some of the Applications on you iPod could not be synced. (Error xE8000001).

There were 32 problems.

and then it lists all of my apps saying, "The application Remote could not be synced because an error occurred. (Error xE8000001).

So theres like 32 problems for all of my apps. (Not my jailbroken ones. just the appstore.)

Does anyone know what this means? I googled it and searched forums and couldn't find it. Help?

I googled it, and came up with 2 answers..

take off the check mark on all the apps to sync..
sync..
put the check on and sync again..

if that doesn't work..

..restore.
