iPhone 3G 2.1 BETA 4 Question For Beta Users

QUESTION TO ANYONE ON THE IPHONE DEVELOPMENT BETA TEAM USING 2.1 BETA 4 (build 5f116):

I'm a member of the beta team as well; just logged into my Program Portal & downloaded the seeded 2.1 Beta 4.

QUESTION IS:

Apple has warned many times before that installing the beta will lock the phone into development / testing mode. I've found that not to be true in the past, but am a bit concerned at the amount of warnings I've seen in red on the download page for this beta that warn of the phone getting locked into development mode.

Has anyone tested & confirmed this not to be true? Is it complicated to get out of 2.1 Beta 4 & back to 2.0.2 before Friday's general release??

Please reply if you know for sure, only.

Thanks.
