Creating Apps for App Store

i have a couple of questions about development for the app store
(i have development experience just letting you know)

can anyone create an app?
how old do you have to be to create one?
do you have to have a company or can it just be credited to one person?

if you know anything about this please let me know!

You can sign up as individual or company.
Individual is much faster.

Anyone can create an application, but I am thinking there may be an age limit based on whether you can sign a legal contract, especially if you want to sell an app.
