Anyone help me find the program information data location stored for added applications, (preferences, username, ...) Its not in the /Applications/"program".app

    ~/Library/Preferences/<AppID>.plist

    ~ is either /private/var/root or /private/var/mobile, depending on the firmware version.
    Most people don't need to access this file directly.

    If you are developing, you should be using NSUserDefaults to access your applications information regardless of user/firmware version.

    If you need to access the defaults for another application, you should use the CoreFoundation's CFPreferences* functions to read them.
