Default Getting my app to the iphone

I wrote a small app in xcode. it works fine on the sim but I would like to get it over to the phone. Yah, I know about the Apple, pay us to develop apps for our product program and quite frankly think it's bull$h!t. Has there ever been any personal computer manufacturer that's locked their machine into only one source for code? This sounds like a class-action lawsuit to me. Anyhow, I jailbroke my new 3g phone with pwnage but could not figure how to get the app from the mac to the phone. I saw tons of apps that were already available but none to route from the the desktop to the phone. Sorry if this has been beaten to death here. I did search but didn't find the info I was looking for.

Could someone point me to the info to transfer this app from a mac pro to an iphone 3d that was jb using pwnage? I'd sure appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance,
    VladTheImpaler.

Don't sign the app in XCode. ldid -S it on your iPhone, and run.

Let me know for help or Cydia hosting if you need.
