Looking for a Developer

I am looking for someone with the skills to develop a native iPhone app with the SDK. I have the idea I dont know how to write code however. The application will be for emergency responders mostly fire department hazmat teams. that is all I will say on here now. If anyone is interested (REALLY interested) please contact me and we can do some brain storming and work something out.
