I looked at it and can't understand the vfdecrypt part at gcc -02 ...

I am not following what you don't understand? You download the vfdecrypt.c source code, put it in a folder in cygwin and then compile it by typing in the gcc command to your bash shell prompt.

You put the code in your home folder, open cygwin command line window, then compile the application using arm-apple-darwin-gcc or arm-apple-darwin-g++. Next transfer the compiled executable to your iPhone using SCP or some iPhone browser, set the permission, reload the SpringBoard then launch it normally from there.
