Is there a way to (how do I) install a CAB file application on my iPhone?

I have a .cab file / application that I use on my Windows Mobile phone. Is there anyway to install the windows CAB file onto the iPhone so that it'll run? How can I mod the cab file so that it'll run on my iPhone.

I would appreciate any advice / feedback on how I can transfer this program to my phone.

You will have to write a new program.

The iPhone does not run Windows Mobile and can not run applications designed for WM.
