AT&T iPhone 4 16GB White SHSHs on file from 4.1 to current

The only reason i'm posting here is in case anyone wants an iphone 4 with shsh files for older firmwares. i have mine saved from 4.1 to current 6.0. located in irvine, california. prefer to meet up locally but will ship if necessary.

asking $250.

your opinion on the price? am i way off? i don't see it selling for much more than 240-250 on ebay and with fees i'm back down to around 200 anyway after shipping and ebay/paypal fees.
