An OEM faceplate that's been dyed or otherwise altered won't wear well over time.

If you're looking for replacement of a damaged part, it does make sense to stick with the original if you can. But if you just want to change the look, an aftermarket plate (like Cowboy uses) is the only thing that makes any kind of sense.

Parts are grade A so not oem but close as it gets

$110 is a pretty good deal from the prices I've looked at, although you probably buy bulk.

So it's an aftermarket front plate - the LCD screen is the same as the original I assume?
Also, the turnaround for $110 is... 1 day or 3?

Are you using 4S frontplates or CDMA? Concerned the LCD screen may be different...but what do I know? :P

For the best advice on "how good are they really" I would ask someone in the thread other than the guy selling them but I'm pretty sure I haven't seen any complaints about quality of parts or workmanship, here.

What I actually intended to say:

While I wouldn't trust a reseller just because they claim their parts are "grade A", the methodology and logic behind their work speaks for itself, and it's what I'd look for. In the case of our dear Super Sheriff, that work speaks very well of himself.

I was thinking about replacing the antenna band(not sure the correct nomenclature for the 4) section with a black one instead of the silver, I was just wondering if you would suggest this or not, and if you would sell this particular piece? Thanx

iPhone 4 dropped in water... doesn't turn on and only shows the apple logo when connected to computer then goes off and shows apple logo again... kinda like a loop
