Well if you take your iphone COMPLETELY appart so that you can heat gun it off (since its glued there) then EASY. but the taking appart isnt fun and putting it all back together isnt fun wither lol. But if you've taken phones appart and back together before its not too hard... i did it but my power button is iffy now and the home button doesnt work lol.... so i dont know what i didnt put back together properly lol.. but i dont mind since its my old 3g and i dont use it... thought i just thought about it and i could of sold it for like 200 easy withought breaking it appart like i did lol
