i did a search and didnt see any specific place for this to go so i just put it here. please move if need be.

i just wanted to take a second out of my day to give a big thank you to a great mmi member. he agreed to make me a set of custom iphone headphones which was great, he gave me a great price whether i had materials or not and then he backed his stuff 110%.

the unexpected happened. some idiot opened the envelope, stole my brand new skull candy headphones and my iphone headphones (but left the money, since it was wrapped in a piece of printer paper) and this generous member still made me a headset and shipped it to me. i know alot of people would have said "oh eff that" and just kept it moving but this member went above and beyond to help me out.

as a member of the united states navy and a fellow member of this great website, i salute you Vin.

if you dont know how to do the custom headphones, dont have the time or want a great price on some quality OEM in ear headphones, contact Vin.

I bought an 8gb 2G Iphone from perezinthenet for 275, shipping was quick, phones speaker is completely gone, which wasn't mentioned when asked about it's condition. I wouldnt have cared if it were my phone, however this is one I got for my boss at work-

Well I can defiantly say I called that one, look back at that thread where he tries to sell the phone and I ask him why he only takes pictures of the upper level and not the whole body of the phone.

I knew there was something wrong with the bottom part. I myself would be upset, and je's an *** for lying saying "I was trying to get a good picture of the small scratches" Now wasn't that a load of ********. Im glad your taking it so lightly dykzebr and the phone wasn't for you.

Negative feedback on members nibbers and jarcon49... i purchased an 8gb iPhone from each of (possible same person )them on 04/11/09(same paypal)and did not receive the item nor any response from the since that day. It appears there is at least 1 or 2 other mmi members that were also ripped off by this person. My paypal dispute is still currently open.

^ Those two accounts have been banned, as a matter of fact their IP's came from the same computer. Unfortunately we got to them too late, so I ask members to give us a heads up about members that you suspect to be scammers before buying from them so that we can clear them out asap- clues include:
A member of MMi for less than 1 month, with 32 posts exactly
32 posts of: "nice", "cool", "thanks" or other 1-word posts
Those who try to sell outside of the B/S/T forum
If you see members with such traits, report the post with your reason. Scammers are far worse than Spammers and won't tolerated by no means whatsoever.

thanks dale1v... what sux is that was my 1st purchase on here... i do take responsibility for it... i think those guys were members since 01/2009 with 50+ posts if i remember right... so hard to weed out these types... i'm just hoping paypal comes through for me some how... i had to post one of my own iphones & currently have a storm on here as well trying to make up the loss from nobbers & jarconman.

I am also in need of a good quality of headphones. Price really doesn't matter to be but I am really careful about the originality and the best quality and I will appreciate if someone comes to help me.
