Middle has screen cover I got from Apple Store (forgot the name)
Right has no cover but always in case, no scratches on screen (well none of them do)

I also have two Piel Frama Cases.
One Red - $45 - snap latch, card holder
One Black - $45 - snap latch, card holder


I do not have the headphones but I would not buy used headphones anyway. Each comes in box, charger and dock (not pictured but you will get it all, minus the headphones as I note earlier).
