That's what put that extra translucent line 20 px even further down the page. As soon as I set that top to 0px then the double line was gone. Then, as you suggested, putting -20px in the call at the beginning of the HTML for the ConvertedHomePage.png - made the whole top transparent.
Why do you think Ian had 20px in the body style of the WB version when he probably had already reset every CSS top value lower on the page by 20px to compensate for the diff between PPHTML and WB?
In a normal setting the jpegifier call in the HTML and the body style in the CSS would both be set to top:0px - right?
But I'm happy with this look now.

Greeting my Auros Friends
I have a PM box full of requests for this, so I went ahead and finished it up
Heres is a Animations only iWidget version of the UniAW6
of course, plenty of options
This version uses Dacal's latest fix for the Location.js, Thanks Mate
This will only work on TOP of your icons because of how the iWidget tweak works.

I am using the glass dock which I think I got from NateD here. Anyway, I had to reset my settings in order to get my GPS Lockscreen and Springboard to get the proper location. It is a known fix for issue when you change your GPS location but the LS or SB doesn't without a respring. Anyway, when I reset and set all my settings up again, I lost the reflection in my dock. I am not hiding the reflection in Springtomize and I downloaded Reflective Dock to try to get it back will no avail. I also set up Winterboard in the exact same way as it was before the reset. What other settings could be doing this? What file in the dock adds reflection? I'll just add this if I need to.

Thank you Sharon,
That theme did not work. Something is blocking the reflections and can't find it. Not a big deal to live without but it really leaves me wondering why this happened. If anyone has an idea, it is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: sorry I thought you were asking for fix for GPS issue. I'll leave this here for others.

I had been using them since they were first posted. I had the location issue before all this Yahoo GPS stuff. Someone on the UniAW6.0 thread had a fix because so many people were not getting the location to change without a respring. It was to reset all settings. I did that and had to set everything up again. I wrote down how each tweak and the winterboard order were set up. I lost the reflection somewhere in this process.

Edit the CSS/Style.css file in the Basalt iWidget folder and find the #forcecast styling.
Change its opacity from 1 to 0.
Now go down to the TouchFadeout and TouchFadeIn keyframes right below it and reverse the 0% and 100% opacity values.
This is what it looks like when you first open the Style.css:
It should look like this with the changes:
Respring for the new css values to take effect and then repin the iWidget to your springboard.
This will now hide the Forecast until you Touch the Top area of the widget, then it will appear
Hope this helps
