Are you using cydgets? Or another ls player

Only time temp and date colour an be changed in lbevo.

Photoshop or equivalent is required to change colour of the images used ex. Bg and slide to unlock

I got the time and temp to change but i can't get it to popup again to do the day and date. When i looked in the LBEvoOverlays folder i don't see any for AlienWare, i would use PSTouch on my phone to change it if i could find the Overlay.

It's not an overlay it's a wallpaper. And the slide to unlock is an iWidget which is located in normal iwidgets folder

Aaah !, so i change the slider, where is the wallpaper located ? . Thanks

  8. #1086
The wallpaper is actually in base64code inside the plist.

There are online converters that will change the code to the original wallpaper.

Best option is to wait until June is around as I think it was he who made that lockscreen and should be able to supply the wall for you.

Get any wall from a LB theme. Just go into the info.plist and copy the background code. Paste here
    http://junesiphone.com/base64/

To change elements double tap them or you can tap hold. If you tap hold you will need to not move the element. If it is moved then LB thinks you are moving it and not trying to edit it.

In the slider iWidget change the label color to red and bg border to red. var/mobile/Library/iWidgets/LBEvo AlienSTU/css

I having a problem with my LBEvo cydget not displaying weather or local elements. Any thoughts on what it could be. I've set my zip code already. It was working for awhile but now it isn't. Thanks!!!

    Getting Started

To initially setup LockBuilder Evo you will need to download it from the macciti repo. Once downloaded go into the setting.app. You will now have a LBevo icon. Tap it and begin to set your preferences. The zipcode must be set. How to find weather code
Once the fallback code is set you can enable other options. To turn on the cydget go into cydgets (in settings) and select LBEvo. Your device will respring and you will be greeted with a blank Lockscreen.

    GPS

To enable GPS go to settings/privacy/ and enable location services. You will need to make sure CoreLocation is also on. If you do not see core location, go to your lockscreen with LocationServices on, then unlock your device. You should get a popup asking to use GPS. To manually refresh weather at any time just swipe left, and choose update weather.

I've done all of this and it isn't working still. I put in my zip code, I don't need to enter a weather code too do I?

June, I have questions on uploading themes. I've several that I have created over the past months and I'm now confident enough in them to share. I'm just curious if I have to package them a certain way when they have iwidgets and icons or will the plist upload take care of that all together. If I do have to package them what is the procedure or best way to do that. Thanks for your time if you can help with this.

I would try again to follow the instructions. There is no reason it was working and now does not. Something you had to change so I would just start over.

All files need to be included. Plist, widgets, overlays, icons etc. You can stick them all in a folder and send through the submit button on lbevo.com we will upload correctly.

If you want to do it all yourself then.

Create a folder named LBEvoTheme "YourTheme"

Inside this folder put in var/mobile/Library/theme.plist
If you have iwidgets put them in var/mobile/Library/iWidgets/YouriWidget
If you have overlays put them in var/mobile/Library/LBEvoOverlays/youroverlay.png
If you have animations put them in var/mobile/Library/LBEvoAnimations/YourAnimations
If you have groovylock put them in var/mobile/Library/GroovyLock/YourGroovyLock.
If you have icons you need to put them in Library/Themes/YourIcons

Now create a separate folder named screenshots and put your screenshots here. Zip both folders and go to macciti.com click the cydia icon and fill out Add-On / Free Package

    Here is an empty theme.

Some on the themes i've downloaded from cydia are not showing up in the theme chooser. For example "Blue", i see the .plist in the LBEvoThemes but it's not in the list of themes when i select load on lockscreen.

At the bottom of the themes list in lbevo there is text that says "load more themes" press that.
