I added the above new background but can't get them to show, I changed the name of the background I wanted to redblack.png and also changed it in screen.html to the same name respiring several times but can't get the BG to change, All the originals change fine.
Any Ideas as to what I missed?
    Thanks,
    HIP5

I don't think in it's current form you can reference images locally on the phone. I would have to see the screen.html code to confirm that though.

The new version does let you change wallpapers. Just place your image in the img folder and respring. Make sure it is the newest version.

If you have an img folder then it is the new version.

Example: You can replace lightbluegrey.png with your own image. Just name an image the same and put in var/mobile/Library/JuneScreen/img

Then you will need to go into the html located in var/mobile/Library/JuneScreen
and change the bgColor to lightbluegrey

    var bgColor="lightbluegrey";

check your spam box bud. Everything has been sent out.

Tip for modders editing the lockscreen. If you are modding on your pc and go to open the html in safari it will not work. To fix this we will need to create a file structure.

On mac or pc go to the root of your hard drive.

    Create the folder var/mobile/Library/JuneScreen
Then put any external files into this directory as of now that would be the img and js file.

Now when you open it safari it will load the correct files

That's what I was missing, been playing a little with it and couldn't figure out how to reference stuff, had to add the "f:///" part to get images and stuff to show up. Think one reference of a href base at top of html would be enough to get rest of html to look there for all other references?

Instead of using the root directory, can you just map a drive?

Sure if you set a base href to file:///var/mobile/Library/JuneScreen/ should work fine.

The screen.html is unaware of its location is the reason we have to link from root location. Much like an actual website.

The camera, CC and NC image are masked from the wallpaper you have set to the lockscreen.

If you want white, set a black wall. If you want black set a white wall.

Thanks June. I went and re read everything twice before posting and still missed it. Only issue I see it's that I takes forever for a folder open on my 5s and by forever I mean that It makes me think my phone is froze up

Would we have to set that in every css and js we link to from the original html also?

If you pull fonts from the CSS then yes.
The update tonight will explain more I believe. I've separated CSS and js
