Really? Lockbuilder Evo works for me with Convergance. Some themes, I have noticed, disables Convergances swipe left and right functions but I haven't had any HTML errors. I have had some lag, poor responsiveness, and safe mode crashes, only when using Lockbuilder Evo. But it works.

When you are using it with Convergance do you disable Cydget Loader with iCleaner Pro ?.

Yes I do. I always disable any unused tweaks for my various setups. Don't know if it's why my phone is so stable and smooth but it's habit for me now.

Default Convergance: A bold new direction
Hi Matchstic. Thank you again for a great tweak. Just wondering if it's possible to theme the toggles as "image" instead of "glyph". I've changed the plist type to "image" and removed the lines that depend on "glyph". I still can't get the image to display without a colour overlay. I was wanting to make a button style, but it's restrictive with a colour overlay. I've read the FlipSwitch wiki, and this thread, but I've yet to get anything to work. Just wanted to see if it's possible through Convergance as it is now, or are there current restrictions preventing my image toggles to theme? Thank you again

All you should need to do is rename the Info.plist.images found in the Default theme to Info.plist in your theme, and then just keep the same naming convention as in the Default theme. I would though recommend to get a copy of Alu from my repo - repo.incendo.ws - which I think was able to theme the toggles with just images, so may be able to simply copy across the LockToggles folder from that theme into yours, and go from there.

By glyph, I just understood that as Flipswitch wanting images really, as by the look of things it'll accept pngs as new 'glyphs' and then display them instead

Alu still uses "glyph", with the colour overlay FFFFFF. It's rendering a colour over the image. Has it something to do with the naming "image" vs "glyph" in the png's? I tried several things including what the wiki described, but I couldn't get them to theme. When I set the plist to "image" and remove the code that depends on the value "type" = "glyph", I just get blank toggles.

I can test this theory of modifying the hex in Alu, and it will change the colour of the toggles. From what I remember, opacity on the overlay set to 0, displays no toggles. This renders lighting effects almost useless. Thank you.

Ah, gotcha. I'm taking a look over the source code of Flipswitch right now for a small bit of code, so I'll let you know if I find anything that would do the trick.

    EDIT:

    Alright, think I've got it!

    Try using this Info.plist: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...nce/Info.plist

and then your filenames should look like this: [email protected]

Thank you heaps Should I send you a test theme with shadows?

Also, if this helps, I understand somewhat about creating a template bundle, shown on the FlipSwitch Wiki. Mainly looking at this section below, and drawing an "image" for each toggle. Thank you.

Layers are applied to the button one over the other.
If type is "image", the current layer will draw the image found in filename. Best use of this layer could be as a background.
If type is "glyph", the current layer will use the switch glyph as a mask. When state is present, the layer will select the glyph for said state. If cutout is true, the layer will be composed of only the glyph's borders.
It is possible to use a layer for each state by creating new layers arrays named layers-on, layers-off or layers.

    Sure, feel free!

Thanks, looking at the source code, it seems that "image" is only used when making a background - it would display exactly the same image for each toggle, which isn't really the best idea! :P

I thought that may be the case. I wasn't sure I was reading it correctly, but I think that's what it's getting at in the wiki documentation I quoted above.

I'll be sure to pass the completed product on when I run the scripts on the images. I also must fine tune some styles, but here's where I'm at. Thank you for the "prerendered" tip, and all your help. It's working a charm

Not everything Matchstic sorted that out quick. I kinda failed at my attempts. I'd been so busy with stuff lately, that I'd not had a chance, plus I was sitting on 500+ unreleased images from the colour variations. Obviously I'd setup the PSDs to spit out colour mods, all named HD/SD images, so I'd always had in mind to do a styled set. I've got something new to work on now

Now if we can look into maybe implementing preference loader options into the HTML LS plists? Matchstic... is this possible similar to the way your native Convergence widgets work (ie: RSS widget). I've seen Alfroggy running Marty's CutConcept iWidget on the LS, and it would be awesome to have his Overlay iWidget on the LS, with an easy way to input and store config variables locally. Thank you.

I guess that could be doable yeah - where would the variables be stored? If I were to do it, I'd probably try and get it to be exactly the same as how LockHTML does it to make things easier!
