Thanks so much! SBSettings is close to being completed, the Springboard Weather Widget was submitted to Cydia yesterday, and I've even got a "glyph-ish" alternate icon set on the horizon!

    Here's a sneak-peek at the SBSettings coming soon...ImageUploadedByModMyi1373662465.452479.jpg

Is there a PSD for the settings icons or can you just size down the icon PSD you provided to 58x58? Thanks.

I resized the large icon psd down to the 58x58 and inserted the settings images by mask

An “…ios7Patch.theme” has been added to the main theme package. If you are running ios7 on your device, ONLY SELECT THE ios7Patch ON YOUR WINTERBOARD LIST – the other theme options are intended for ios6 and below, and may in some cases (certain .plists, widgets, etc) be unstable or simply non-functional on ios7.

Also, please understand that Apple changed SO MUCH in the way that images are displayed when they abandoned the skeuomorphic design style, that themes on ios7 will look and operate VERY DIFFERENTLY from what you’re used to on ios6 and below. Here are a couple examples:

    - ICONS DO NOT “AUTO-SKIN” LIKE THEY DID BEFORE (App Store icons or Cydia icons via IconHarvestor, ThemeIconMaker, etc). Apple eliminated a very important image (AppIconShadow@2x) themers used to apply effects ON TOP of the AppIconMask@2x image to display frames, custom colors, etc. SO - In order for a particular app’s icon to be displayed on your springboard with custom effects showing, there has to be an icon with those desired effects in the proper bundle folder in the theme’s “Folders” or “Bundles” folder.

    - ALMOST ALL THE UI IS NOW A BASIC BLACK “SHAPE” MASK THAT HAS A SOLID COLOR APPLIED TO IT VIA CODING. Again, when Apple abandoned the skeuomorphic design style they used in the past, they also eliminated the “static images” themer’s used to customize with an array of effects and colors. For now, we’re very limited to just changing some shapes of UI images which the iOS then applies those solid colors to. Winterboard is also not applying some of these revised UI masks we’re doing too, so there may be more updating to Winterboard before that is even fully functional.

Using your theme on my i5S, but have a question. Doesn't apps from the AppStore get the default icon with the border like most of the other icons? Certain ones don't seem to be changing no matter what I've tried.

apple changed up ios7 A TON, and the way theming works has completely changed. Basically, there's no way to "auto-skin" apps anymore, so each app icon has to be manually created and inserted into the theme one-by-one, and almost all the "UI" throughout the rest of the theme is no longer static images, but are simple black shape image "masks" that then have a solid color applied to them via coding. This means the phone dialer, status bar UI, etc - what you're used to seeing, simply cannot be done to look like it did in the past.

We're all hoping that some JB Devs make some tweaks that will allow some of the old theming methods in the weeks ahead, and I plan on continuing to update my themes often whenever the ability is made available - there's just not a lot that can be done now.

This theme is just beautiful. It's made me bite the bullet and do my first JailBreak.

As I'm completely new to Jailbreaking, I have managed to install this via Winterboard. Im on iOS 7.0.4 and the app icons have changed to the new theme, but the folder icons have not taken on the theme look, they are still rounded squares with the flat iOS7 look. Is there something I should do to get the folders to match this theme as well..?

Many thanks for a wonderful theme!

Also... I'm a photographer and so pretty competent to make icons in PS. Are there instructions of how I can build my own icons for some of my apps (that haven't skinned properly by themselves) and insert them into the theme?

There is a .psd file included with the theme that is the template if you want them all to look the same. I struggled initially with the masking but now have all my icons in this style. As for getting an icon to theme, you have to get the name of the app (suggest 'app info') and look for the Id; i.e for Netflix it was com.netflix.NetFlix also note what icon files it is using.

Using iFile, or similar go to /var/mobile/applications for stuff you have from the AppStore, or /var/stash/applications.xxxx for Cydia apps. Find that programs directory and look for the file info.plist. Open that file and under CFBundleIconfiles; those are the files you'll want to copy to your computer and using PS, mask. With masking done and scaled to the same dimensions as the original now you can copy them back to the phone.

Make yourself a folder named like the Id you located earlier (i.e com.netflix.NetFlix)(casing does matter)) inside the Bundles folder of the theme using iFile, or similar. Next, copy the files icons you made to that folder. Reboot

    Hope this helps
