This isn't an update to the original theme. This is a whole new version and created outside the restrictions of Dreamboard. It will be a separate purchase.

This one is much better than the original.

Actually mate I decided I would release it as an update, figured it would be a thank you to the gracious few that actually paid for NGUI to enjoy this for free, since the pirates won't have much luck using this anyway

Yeah it's more a sign of my appreciation that the $2 they pay up actually goes a long way haha.

Right then, promotional material done today and the first post updated. When I get the email saying it's been processed I'll let you all know

NextGenUI is a spacial interface concept based on the idea of having all of your applications represented as graphical nodes, with a futuristic design; NGUI4 is full of features and interactivity.

Nodes can be added, removed, resized and changed on the interface using interactive gestures.

Two types of nodes implemented include a simple application node, and a data storage node that can hold application in a folder-like fashion.

The UI has been designed with the idea of future improvements and implementation to be added while conserving the UI layout that you have already taken the time to create.

Searching, downloading and uninstalling applications is all supported

    Other features include
Full UI-wide colour customisation from a configuration menu.
    Themed notification banners.
Subtle animations and more to add to UI feel
Optional simple lockscreen implmented, I encourage disabling this to use some of the amazing WinterBoard lockscreens by other developers
Complimentary NGUIBlack WinterBoard theme for completeness

    Preview of NGUI4 showcasing functionality
Excuse the lagging, I only use the old iPhone 4, the UI is smooth

I'll end up donating again either way, I loved the original. It was well worth $2 when you are some tripe being peddled for double the price.

Hey I will do after the next update because it wasn't designed to accommodate for swapping layouts and so the data stores end up with blank placeholders where apps are supposed to be - I've already fixed it so I'm just seeing if I can get it iOS 5 compatible with ease or not

Download the one that is version 4.1. Not the one that has i5. The plain NextGenUI.

Interested to hear what you think. The theme works with the new widget weather tweak.

No problem, Alfroggy is helping me diagnose all the iOS 5 problems so with some luck we'll have this sorted quicker

Just got the update and it looks absolutely amazing. I have a few questions. First how do you get the weather location and temp on the weather icon and will there be an update so we can see our battery level? Thanks a lot and again this theme is like nothing else out there.

Thanks for the feedback man! The weather temperature relies on a tweak called Widget Weather you can get that here:
    Widget Weather

And if you look at the iPhone node, the signal and battery level is actually displayed on there but I will admit not entirely too clear, I intend to make some modifications to the graphics there before the next update

If you're getting incompatibility errors; please note that Pirated/Stolen copies of NextGenUI are no longer being signed by the server so I guess you'll just have to pay for it, please bare in mind behind everything that is pirated is a developer that has invested some several months to create it
