You need to add two blank images size 154x148 I believe. See the pic? They're the callGlyph_large and callGlyph_small.

So I just took a look in the folder and those 2 files are already there but they are 212 x 136 according to image viewer in iFile. Do I need to replace them with the 154x148 files? Other thoughts?

That's prob right. I'm on the 4S so those sizes were correct for me. I didn't realize I was in the 5's thread. Ha
