For the alt lockscreen to work, you'll have to follow to instructions in the instructions file. Also check do you have Current.plist deleted.
For the icon/s to looks like the way it should be, you'll have to throw the icon files into /Icons folder in BlackAppleHD-v2.
Look for the icons in the icon gallery (link at first post.)
To theme the keyboard, you'll have to purchase a tweak called "ColorKeyboard". Enable a theme called iMatte. And enable popup as iMatte too.

also, i have found the button on the 1st page 4 the big and small icons...but there is no more different big icons 4 message(sms)..
there are some icon which must be customized...can u do that 4 me...??? thank you

oh damn...i got a bug / problem with this theme on my 4S iOS5.0.1... 4example, if 'im on facebook and will open an youtube vid which posted by some1...it always crash back to homescreen..!!! -.- any idea ???

Nah, Kuan made a Winterboard version. Just go to the search and look for Black Apple. This theme is still boss! Still have it on my iPod. lol. But it's only v1.0! T_T. Never got the new one!

thanx !!! 4 the icons the bug by mine is, 4example...open facebook and go to any video(youtube or so on) wich is postet...try to open the video and it crash back to homescreen...or any other app which is try to open a "popup" for playback.
i hope you know now what i try to tell
