    Difficult to help without seeing your code, are the day/night walls included inside your mask div in the html page?

    example:
    <div id="YourMask">
    Other stuff!
    <img id="DayNightWalls" src="Images/Layer/blank.png"/>
    Other stuff!
    </div>

    Hi,

    Again, I don't fully understand as don't know what your overlay image looks like, but I think you want all things in the mask then place an overlay image on top of it?

    If so:
    Code:
    <body>
    <img id ="Overlay"src="Images/Overlay.png"></img>
    <div id="YourMask">
    All code from UniAW here (will only be visible if positioned inside the mask area defined in the css file)
    </div>
    </body>
    The Overlay image will be 100% visible, not effected by the mask, If you want the overlay also effected by the mask then move up "<div id="YourMask">" so looks like this:

    Code:
    <body>
    <div id="YourMask">
    <img id ="Overlay"src="Images/Overlay.png"></img>
    All code from UniAW here (will only be visible if positioned inside the mask area defined in the css file)
    </div>
    </body>
    PS, you don't want to have your overlay image inside the background container, best take it out and put it separate like in code above, use a high z-index like 9999 to make sure it's on top of everything.

    That's the best way to learn, I do the same, it's not uncommon for me to research/try things for a couple of days to get a single piece of code I'm after, eventually I usually get it, but if I don't, I ask Dacal for help, & he annoyingly normally takes about 2 minutes to get it LOL.. But while researching/trying I usually learn from it.

    Dear Ian. I'm using panorama background with your code but need little help. When the notification is come in lock screen, its background is transparent (no blur) so can't readable. How can we get back to lock screen notification blur background. Thank You.

    Don't know.

    What are you using for the LS? I use Convergance because for me it has best performance (when I have a LS but at present don't use a LS).
    I have never really used LS widgets and have little experience with this blur thing in IOS7.

    So you're using GroovyLock? Is there on option for blur in GroovyLock settings? Sorry I don't have GroovyLock, here is a screenshot from Convergance showing what I mean:

    With Groovylock you have to add in a little snippet of code to get it to blur your widget when a notification is present on the LS. Or any other CSS filter you may want to use. If you post the widget or PM me a link (or point me to which one you want if it is in the first post here) to it I can add it so that it does that.

    I understand, using UniAW6_iph5 in groovy lock with background (or panaroma ) wall option. The notification background goes transparent (no blur). So mixing text and the wall. I need get back to my blur...Any ideas or code for UniAW6_iph5. Thank You..

    Nope, no cycript. Groovyapi

    Quick breakdown:

    javascript needed:
    Code:
    	  function notificationBlur() {
          if(window.groovyAPI) {
    	groovyAPI.registerScreenEvents(function(event) {
    	 if(event.on == true) {
    	   if(groovyAPI.isShowingNotifications()) {
    	     document.getElementById("wrap").className = "blurry2";

    	   }
    	   else {
    	     document.getElementById("wrap").className = "";

    	   }
    	 }
    	});
          }
        };

        $(document).ready(function() {
    	notificationBlur();
        });
    There can be variations of that, one can be seen on Groovycarrot's site I linked . The "wrap" div can be any div you currently have if you want, like backgroundcontainer etc. I choose to make a new div called wrap and enclose any elements that I want this blur (or whatever CSS you choose) to affect when a notification is present on the LS.

    In your main CSS file then you just need to add what the CSS filter will be that you apply. I have named mine blurry2 as you can see above. Here's generally what I do for that one:
    Code:
    .blurry2 {

      -webkit-filter: blur(15px) grayscale(0.5);

     -webkit-transform: translate3d(0,0,0) scale(1.2, 1.2);

    }
    I can't find a working uniaw 6.5LS and looks like the links have been taken down on the first post otherwise I could provide a working example.

    I'm not too clued up on this but I believe GroovyAPI allows you to add code in ObjectiveC language to your HTML theme/Widget, GroovyAPI will bridge the gap to your phones native code so you can manipulate things like blur on LS when you get a notification, LS dim delay and much more. It's not in the UniAW.

    I'm afraid of conflicts with Convergance (which many of us use too) as it already has options for blur & LS dim delay coded into it. So if someone had GroovyAPI installed but was using Convergance for their LS it might be a disaster! The only way around this would be to make a separate UniAW just for use with GroovyLock which I don't really want to start doing!

    My opinion is that GroovyLock should have options for blur & dim delay built into it as standard as these two things are very important and shouldn't require the user to add code of any sort, then GroovyAPI could be used for the more advanced stuff coded into specific GroovyLock themes.

    No conflicts from convergence. I have run a LS using the notification groovyapi code on convergence with no issues. Same with lockhtml. You can leave on their native darken/blur effect with notifications or you can disable that and just see the groovyapi darken/blur you have chosen to put in the widget.

    I do agree that groovy lock should probably have a native darken/blur effect switch of its own to allow easy notif. viewing on widgets that don't have that code built into them.

    Main advantage of having the groovyapi control is you can blur your actual widget or just parts of your widget. I usually leave the clock out so it's always visible above the blur. Just using the built in ones with convergence and lockhtml it doesn't actually blur your widget, it kind of just lays a dark or light overlay on top of the widget making it less visible so you can see your notifications more easily. Looks much cooler IMO when the widget itself blurs

    I agree with all Simon's points. But I have been surprised how nicely Convergence, LockHTML3 and GroovyLock play with each other. Nothing even close to "disaster".
    Now of course you don't want them all turned on with a Lockscreen loaded into all of them. That will just drain your memory. But their "additional switches" can be used to manipulate a Lockscreen already running in another LS player. You can even still run a timed walls widget in GroovyLock in the background layer and a weather info only Lockscreen in LH3 in the foreground layer.

    But I do agree, Ian, that blur and dimming effects should be added to GroovyLock for convenience sake.
    Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

    The conflict I'm talking about is you can have Convergance set up to delay the LS dim by say 1 minute and also have it set to blur 50%, then if someone uses a LS in Convergance already coded with GroovyAPI code in it for delaying the dim at say 20 seconds & blur 70%... It's a conflict right?

    Just saying we need to take care.

    Or does GroovyAPI only work with GroovyLock? i.e will the code be ignored if used in Convergance?
