    Thanks again Brian.

Tomorrow I'll see if I can muster up some kind of touch tutorial for Steph.

Hope this helps, tried to cram 6 mos of issues into a paragraph.

I'm good bro! Nice to see you flex you coding prowess again.
I know I'm a bit behind the times on this, but I installed Android Lock today as a passcode alternative and it works great and so far, no crashes!

We've had similar reports about this possibly being a fix, but I don't think it worked for everyone. NewD is better suited to quote the history on this.

AndroidLock XT works fine, i've been using it for months with high Animations locks. Works with Convergance, GrooveyLock, Cydget and LockHTML. Works on iPad too.

Funnily enough, it was his council I sought when I thought about using it. Although guarded about its reliability as a solution, he said he'd not heard too much contrary feedback about its compatibility with animations. I'll stick with it and post here how it goes.
    So far, so good though!

Please try this version, it's fully integrated into 6.4, you will need to have WidgetWeather installed.

When you first run it it will look like the usual UniAW, go to the Config.js file:
    set "AnalogClock" to "false"
    set "OldsterClock" to "true"
Hopefully everything will magically transform automatically.

If you want the infrared wallpaper (the red one), set "Wallpaper_options" to "red"

    Will work automatically for iph4 & 5.

Anyway, give this a test run & let me know.

Heard nothing but positive reports about Android Lock and high animation!!

But remind me.. Android Lock can interface with the Fingerprints stored?
Here to help if I can. If I can't I know someone who can!

Really, you have an incredible talent friend, if I had a quarter of your own talent I'll be thrilled!!
I would have liked if you have some time of course, show me the way to add this function only for touchlayer forecasts.
I try to go back a little in all this, but alas I do not have the heart as before.
I do not ask you specifically to do so, but if you give me the gentillese fast and simple information, it would be really nice to share yours Ian

I actually quite pretty interesting idea, but as I said before I do not have your knowledge, such as:
    Dacal
    Marty
    rko
    Chevy
    Mamajay
    Simon
and many others, who really have talent in js files, css etc ....
It's a shame because I think that I could with a minimum of knowledge, do cool stuff.
But hey, life does not stop there and fortunately
    Hi Steph,

Attached here is a .pdf document, its a tutorial I made for you on adding the touch layer for the forecast, hope it makes sense!
Again I don't test on the phone but think it should work ok.
Later I will upload a LS version with this already added, but with a slightly different transition rather than the standard fadein fadeout, I will use the scale one I think was done be either Marco or Neil.

    Hi Ian,

Does this tutorial make the forecast appear and disappear with a touch function? I was going to do this as a learning exercise cause you cover some great stuff.

Can I also ask what editor you use? You mention in the tutorial about using it in 'live mode', which looks really useful. I've been using a script program with the widget open in Chrome, which means keep hitting refresh and your method appears to be much nicer.

Thank you mate. I remember saying in one of my first posts here about people getting a foot on the ladder in coding here in this thread and I'm definitely one of them! 👍

    Hi Neil,

Yes, tutorial makes the forecast appear and disappear with a touch function.

I use "Taco HTML Edit" but it's only for Mac users.

I gotta get myself a Mac! I have ML running in Virtual Box, but it's not an ideal solution.

That's a great tutorial and it relates to so much other stuff I've been trying to learn. Great breakdown if how it all relates together.

    Thank you mate. Awesome stuff!

I have followed good indications of Ian, but nothing to do, the touch does not work!
Should we change the css gold, or the uniaw iphone5 css??
I'm doing my TouchMove file. js, html widget, the uniaw.js, and nothing to do, I must be missing something.
I will continue to do tests

    Hi Steph,

I am currently uploading a LS version with touch forecast but it's very very slow. I got to do a quick run to the bar, should be back in a couple of hours then I will post the links.

Unfortunately I can't download yours while I'm uploading as the connection would come to a stop, but I will do after just to pinpoint where you went wrong.

PS, you can add the touch stuff to just the gold css files or if you want it also in the standard UniAW then do all 4 css files.
