Dylibs for a lockscreen are working. Currently you have to get Aura by Junesiphone for this.
WidgetWeather provides weather data and location services for widgets written for it
    ?? Works for me.

You just described perfectly what MYO2-cydget is doing.
Your touch area is the Home button. Pressing the Home button cycles through the "Lock Cydget Order". I have to press the home button 3 times to be back at the first initial cydget that determines the GPS position and saves them into a database. The 2 following cydgets use this database to get the GPS coordinates to a.) fetch the forecast and b.) fetch the Google Maps position.
In case you have only activated the UniAW cydget (just one tick in the Lock Cydget Order), then just press the home button and the UniAW cydget starts again, meaning it will fetch your current GPS position and the weather data for it. The Home button is your Update button.
The UniAW cydget is not a database driven cydget/theme, so no storage of GPS position, but if you want one I can make you one. Which means every time you open that UniAW cydget (basically every time you start using your iPhone) it will save the GPS into a database and any widget/theme/app can have access to it.

The lockscreen closes as soon as you unlock or the time limit dims the lockscreen, it's like an app you close. Once closed it does not work anymore. You are asking the impossible.
    But then not completely impossible.
In the geolocation_in_ios.pdf tutorial they are mentioning the possibility that Objective-C can triger GPS monitoring in the background, even when app is closed, and those changes can be stored in a database.
Cydget can run Objective-C code in cycript files, but sadly I have not advanced to that stage yet.

Ooo pal, thats a lot to explain!

Maybe best I do it with screenshots: Sorry to all for all the screen shots in this post!

    1.
Download & unzip the new touchmove.js file I just made for you, put it in YourTheme/JavaScript/Main folder.

    2. In the HTML file:
Add the link to the new script file + add the TouchLayer div. (screenshot 1)
Wrap the forecast stuff in a new div called TouchForecast. (screenshot 2)

    3. In the css files:
Add the new transition style + the #TouchLayer. (screenshot3)
Add #TouchForecast in the 4 day forecast part. (screenshot 4)

    4. In the Config.js file:
Add the var ChangeClick = true; (only set it to true when you are trying it with your HTML editor on your Mac/PC) (screenshot 5)

    5. In the UniAW6_accuweather.js & UniAW6_yahoo.js files:
In the init function add the StartTouch function (screenshot 6)

    NOTE:
If you want the forecast to start invisible, add this at the end of the init function (screenshot 7)

This is a special edition, you might call it the "New Destiny" Edition.
    Download https://www.mediafire.com/?7uab2c75xdbmj4q
    Inside are 4 folders:
1.) UniAW.cydget: contains the 2 new changed js files to create database with GPS coordinates, which will be updated each time you open your LS.
2.) UniAW-Google-Maps.cydget: Google Maps cydget shows GPS position from database values.
3.)Google-iWidget: Tiny Google Maps iWidget also feeding on the database values.
4.)McFly Accuweather iWidget: Marty's iWidget feeding from database, all credit to Marty!

ah, so does that kinda mean a coded wallpaper as opposed to a set one?

i've been good enough mate..we've been lucky in Sydney, the sea breeze has managed to spare us from the massive heatwave the rest of the country has copped lately. complete opposite of the reports we were getting from the US recently where mother nature was going all antarctic on your as5es.. hope you didn't get it too bad where you are bro

i'm itching to get onto ios7 with all of y'all but i just let go of some of my favourite themes knowing i'll never see them again lol... i'm probably gonna try and pick up a new phone from somewhere and keep my old one with all the great themes of years gone by safely saved on it.. i say this even though i know i'll probably just forget about them in 6 months time as we mod more and more of ios7 but like i said, i'm just reluctant to let go lol

Hmm ... then I don't know. I have replaced the myLocation.txt part with a database bit , see my post above, and that works fine.
But I noticed that it can take quite some time to load. Lock out and back in and check. That's when my iPod usually crashes and after restart I had the display.

Sorry you're having trouble. Are you using the new link Ras Provided above or did you download from my original link?

Anyone else having issues with it?

So it looks like you already figured out how to add the clock. Are you just trying to get it working properly with the touch function so it disappears with everything else when the touch forecast appears?
